26/03/2012 - Owen is retunring back to London after a very successful weekend in his home town GLASGOW. He played at The Avent-Garde ( formerly Lauries Acoustic Bar ) on kings Street, 'Acoustic 80's Night with Owen Paul'. He mostly played 80's classics 'Run To You' Bryan Adams, 'Over My Shoulder' Mike & The Mechanics and performed 'Man In The Mirror' Micheal Jackson, with a great twist! Owen also performed songs from his lastest album ' About Time, on the guitar and piano.
This won't be the last time Owen Paul returns to his own town to do this all over again.....Watch this space!
Owen also attended a charity event supporting CLAPA in Glasgow. He performed 'Favourite Waste Of Time' and sang along with the host of the charity event Jennifer Provan, who continued on to talk about the event today on Clyde 1 (26/03/2012). ''We wish you every success with the charity Jennifer!''.
